Separate fridge freezer, can I build something from it?

Long time lurker, first time member/poster.  I can get this basically for free:

Metal interior, plastic on the door.  I've spent some time looking and not seen a smoker built out of one of these, probably for a good reason.  At any rate, two questions.

1)  What could I do with it?

2)  What should I do with it?
