Smoking Fanatic
As part of my wife’s birthday, I smoked some corned beef to make pastrami. Fired up my WSM and used some apple chunks. I smoked it until about 165-170 (it was a point and was registering different temps all around).
After letting it rest,it was time to dig in. I was really happy (and more importantly so was the Mrs.) with the turnout.
And the final product...Reubens!
