Hi everyone, pleased to have found this forum. I'm 54 and from Scunthorpe. I love making sausages. Looking to invest a bit time and money to make some decent ones and experiment on new flavours.

I'm from the Uk, didn't realised I'd joined aa American forum . Will be interesting. I guess you'll not have heard of the great Lincolnshire sausage then?

No worries, it's a great forum to be in, and yes Lincolnshire sausage is top notch but I favor the Cumberland.
