This particular butcher makes the best Ring Bologna, but when we got some of their Scrapple, Mrs Bear sliced it & put it in the pan. She didn't grease the pan at all, and before it was done it was actually floating in grease!!! Disgusting!!
The Birds in my back yard loved it, as did the Coons after dark that night.
