Found this new LEM 5# stuffer for $30 at an estate sale yesterday. I already have a water stuffer but this will be a nice addition for small batches. :yahoo:

Nice score...............

Nice. Great find.

Can't beat estate, yard and garage sales never know what you will find

Gary

If you don't want it, you may be able to sell it to Case. I understand he's think about another LEM 5# stuffer..... <Chuckles>

Congrats on your find.

BTW I just bought these.
Sure look like they will make set ups easier. Gonna make sausage this week, will let ya know how I like them.

Hey Foam  that's Cruel

Gary

That is a great buy on that stuffer, and Foam, those clamps will work great to hold a stuffer like that down.  Reinhard

Glad to see somebody score a deal....and still in the box, hard to beat that. Most 'estate sales' around here are usually junk at high prices. Way to go Foam....I use Irwin clamps on mine as well although a different style....does make life easier which I am all for....Willie

Thanks for the tip Dirt.

Don't thank me, thank LEM Customer service.

Honestly if you follow a recipe you will have plenty of water in the meat. The add water comment comes from LEM's crappy customer service department. Trying to blame me the customer for the defect in their product that they didn't want to take responsibility for.

I hope that you don't have any flaws in your new stuffer and that it works good for you. IF you ever have to deal with LEM's customer service department, prepare for a bunch of BS.

I hear you. I've been keeping up on that thread. Big bag of suck!

This will be a backup to my Dakotah water stuffer. I really like using it, piece of cake to stuff by yourself.
