Thanks . I had the last half today . Heated up in the air fryer . It was as crispy and tender as it was the day we had them .Nice, that's a good looking plate of food.
Me too ! I had the last half leftover yesterday . Reheated in the air fryer . Just as crispy as the day it was fried .I was Jonesing for some Schnitzels
Just used chicken breast last week . I rip them over the thickness , then pound them out some .she used chicken breasts for schnitzel
Agree . The lemon makes this for sure .I am partial to good ol lemon juice drizzled
