So I'm looking at upping my game with starting to play around with curing salts; and will be looking at adding a scale to my BBQ Equipment collection.

So what is everyone running that uses a scale?

I have two scales. One is a digital 11 pound scale that I use for weighing meat. The other is a smaller digital scale that reads to the hundredth of an ounce. I use it for weighing spices.

Both were purchased on Amazon. The smaller scale was $8.99 and it came with a calibration weight. The larger scale was $25.00. It only goes to the tenth of a gram. Both units have a rare feature.
