You are gonna have some fun with it for sure - It will open a whole new world of cheese up for you for one thing - PM me if you need help with anything

I ran out of my initial order a while back and got around to ordering some more the other day.  Ordered 5lbs of maple, 5lbs of hickory, 1lb of apple, 1lb of cherry, 1lb of peach, and 1lb of orange.  Shipping showed $29 which seemed high but not ridiculous depending on how far you're shipping 14lbs.  I got an email from Todd later that he was refunding me $11 because the shipping calculator isn't very accurate.  Great to see that he's taking care of people and not taking the money and running..

Todd is a wise man, if you can keep customers happy, you can keep customers returning. A simple but effective marketing tool. Sounds like you'll be ready to do some serious smoking. It's all good my friend.

The shipping cost for a small order is $10.70 -- which is exactly what the US Post Office charges for the flat rate box he uses for that size order.  I.e. he adds no handling charge at all.

It does make sense to buy the larger amounts -- which I intend to do on my next order.

I dont't think they have a flat rate box that will hold 14lbs of dust.  He actually sent this UPS.  USPS is great if you can use the flat rates but beyond that they get expensive.

Thanks Guys!

PayPal has a "Stupid" Shipping Calculator.  It will default to only (1) shipping table, and does not allow for the customer to choose a cheaper or faster shipper.

We're in the process of upgrading the website to allow for multiple shipping options and other cool stuff.  For now, if an order comes in with a large shipping amount, I shop out the shipping, find a cheaper rate and credit back the diff

I shipped out 18+# of stuff to Ryan - Happy Smoking My Friend!!!

Todd is a great guy and takes good care of his customers.  I try to tell everyone I can about his products, they are far better than anything else out there in the way of cold smokers... And more affordable too.

Hey Todd!

I'm using the AMNPS and pellets I got from you about a month ago. This is the first time I've used the products Since I don't know what to expect, I don't know if what I'm experiemcing is a problem or is normal. The point is I'm not seeing any smoke.

I filled the AMNPS with the general mix pellets and spritzed the lower tray bay pretty liberally with iso alcohol like you suggested. I then placed the AMNPS in my MES 40 at the bottom left beside the chip heater.

I loaded 4 pork baby rib racks and the 40 came right up to temperature, but i'm not seeing smoke after 45 minutes. Can you tell me what the pellets slould look like? Should I be seeing smoke? I'm reluctant to keep opening the door and losing the heat but i eally DO want these ribs to be smoke.

HELP!!!!!!

rabbit, I don't have one of these yet, but I would just about bet if you're not seeing any smoke after 45 minutes, something isn't right.  Hopefully one of the others that does have this unit will jump in here and help you out.

Did you let it burn for 5-10 min and blow it out? Was it smoking before you put it in? liteing/starting it properly is critical many posts here on the subject. Tod has posted a trick using weber starters, works for me.

everything boardpuller is saying.  Also I microwave must stuff for about 30 second to make sure it's dry.  I live in NC which is very humid a lot.

How did you light the pellets?
