We made Sausage & peppers tonight.  Started off with 2 coils, One Mild Italian, the other was Hot Italian.  I cut 3 links of each coil for BBQ Sausage on bun later in the week.  the rest I cut into about 1 inch pieces, threw in the frying pan and cooked them up.  Then we threw in 3 cut up sweet Peppers and coked them for about 20 more minutes.

Then I added some (3) Garlic, roughly chopped and some dried Basil and let it cook for 3 or 4 minutes.  Then I added a Jar of Marinara Sauce.

All this while we cooking some Egg Noodles up, as we serve this over Egg Noodles  We let it cook on a low temp for about a another 5 to 6 minutes after the above photo was made.

This is the plated shot, after taking this picture, I took the plate to our back room and gave it a good dusting of crushed Jalapeno.  It was delicious.

Tasty it is, Put this recipe in box and please the missus anytime.  Easy to make also.  Search the recipe, I have made this in the Oven, on the stove top and in the microwave.  It tastes good no matter which way you make it.
