I know I can look everything up here and there but I’m old school and like a good book to flip through.

I’m interested in sausages, summer sausages, keibaska etc.

Can ya recommend a good book?
Thanks
Timber

Any one of Stanley Marianski is very good. He does have a Polish sausage book as well which may have more specific recipes and how to that you are looking for.

And one of the best...

Well call me cray-cray but I wouldn't start off my first sausage making endeavor attempting to make Soppressata... I would start off with a nice Italian sausage or a bratwurst and work my way up after that.

Good luck with your adventure no need of me to add anything the gang has you well covered.

When it comes to sausages, "Home Sausage Making" by Charles G. Reavis and Evelyn Battaglia is a fantastic choice. It not only provides detailed instructions but also delves into the history and traditions behind sausage making. You'll find a treasure trove of recipes, including delicious summer sausages and kielbasa.
Speaking of books, I recently stumbled upon all the Harry Potter books in order and couldn't resist the urge to embark on a nostalgic journey through the wizarding world. It's amazing how books can transport us to different realms and eras, whether it's a magical world or the savory world of sausages.

My first sausage making book was Rytek Kutas . There was no internet to guide me along and his book got me started and my first attempts were successful thanks to his book.
