sausage for the auction

hello all

today i am doing a lot of different things for the high school scholership auction that is going to happen next weekend i did 10 pounds of summer sausage and 10 pounds of venison salami and a 6 pound buckboard bacon all of which i will vacume pack into one pound packages and donate to the auction
i also did fifteen pounds of fresh breakfast sausage for myself i did ten pounds into link sausage using lamb casings 18-22mm and five pounds into sausage pattys its been a busy day will post pictures later you all take care
