Saturday St.Louis Ribs.

    Smoked using 1.5.-1.5 - .75 method on them. Sauced one rack when they came out and left the other naked.

    Smoked with Hickory wood.


    Can't decide which I like best because both racks were awesome.

    good golly Miss Molly... them's some good looking ribs... and you only cooked em for 3 hrs 45 minutes ???? I do the same way here.. half with sauce other half nekkid ...
