A couple of Ribeye's for supper, Also a nice salad and Boiled Shrimp

About 3/4 of a chimney of charcoal and a few chunks of hickory


Put the lid on for a few to capture that great hickory smoke flavor


My steak on


Both about ready to come off


And m,y Steak  Overcooked a bit, but still a darn good steak


Sorry no pics of the Shrimp or Salad,  I was Hungry

That's the way I like them cooked too, nice & rare in the middle with a char on the outside!

My favorite steak is a bone in rib eye about a inch and a half thick,medium rare.They look might good.

MMMMM ribeye steaks....

I gotta say though I love a chuck eye steak. they look and taste just like a ribeye, but cost half the price.

You know what?   I was thinking the same thing.  We eat a lot of chuck steaks.
