Hello all! Excited to be here. My name is Lauro and ive lived in sacramento my whole 39 years. I learned to smoke from a lot of trial and error, started with a charbroiler using indirect heat, currently using a masterbuilt electric smoker, which i have come to really like. Ive been told my ribs are pretty tasty, done tri tip and chicken also, trying to learn as much as i can before i try a brisket. The wife and i enjoy experimenting with rubs, either from scratch or just adding stuff to the store bought stuff,(honestly thats her forte). So hopefully i can learn a lot and maybe help some out too. In the meantime the more i learn the more i want the to upgrade on the smoker, kinda addicting if you ask me, gotta love it!
