I just picked up a few bags of Royal Oak "Red Bag" Charcoal 16.6 pounds for $4.19 each. I think I'm gonna stock up for the winter at this price.

sounds like a good price. It's more expensive than kingsford here but i had the wife pick up a bag just to try it out. It sure does burn hot in the drum... Get it while ya can..
