New to the smoking world. Picked up a Dynaglow offset. Just seasoned it today. Cant wait to use it.

Welcome N.Y.
I'm new at this too. Just learning as I go. I don't have a smoker, I just use my grill and a hotplate with a cast iron skillet. It works good on small batches. I'm planning on making a smoker. I have a lot of mesquite and pecan wood here, would love to get access to some apple wood.
