Hi All,
My name is Nic, aka "Full Draw" - I am very new to this form of BBQ-ing - where I come from - South Africa - we "braai" most weekends in Summer ( This is what you would call grilling). I don't have any smoking experience YET!
I have just tried Pulled Pork for the first time - cooked in my oven - and my family was blown away! I love Beef, Pork and Lamb, but also venison - lots of great experiences and recipes to come. I can't wait!
I look forward to learning as much as possible from everyone on the forum.
