Hey all I just started smoking, using a CharBroil horizontal smoker. I did both pork and beef ribs for the fourth. Came out really good according to family and friends. Did a chuck crossrib roast today for pulled beef but ended up to tough so had to slice it. [emoji]128527[/emoji]
