Hello. My name is Eric Watson and I am from Knoxville,TN but moved to Northern Colorado three years ago. I am just starting to play with smoking meats. Just recently bought a Daniel Boone smoker by Green Mountain Grills. Look forward to catching good tips on here on smoking meats.
