Done in the Bradley smoker and into the outside fridge to harden up and get vac sealed tomorrow.

LOL I think they call it store bought salmon
Coho Salmon Fillets, Previously Frozen and each one runs around 18-20 bucks

To tell you the truth I really do not remember. Its not Atlantic salmon as the meat is very red and Atlantic salmon is a pale pinkage color.
