Good morning Everyone,

I'm from East Moriches, Long Island, New York and getting anxious to start my first smoke if the season. My wife bought me an 18.5" WSM for Christmas and that is what I plan to smoke on. This will be my first time smoking so I'm sure I'll have questions from time to time. My wife's about to give birth to our first child so I'm hoping that I'll have time at home this summer to smoke some delicious meats between the diaper changing, feedings, and naps.

Glad to introduce myself and I look forward to any advice that you all have on life and smoking.
