Hello all. My name is Brandon. I just bought a charbroil off set smoker and am brand new to smoking meat. The wife bought me a pork loin roast. Any help would be greatly appreciated

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
