I have a 40" Digital Smoker with glass door. Bought it on Amazon Jan 2024 and it was nearly$400. Have not used it very many times due to some illness issues going on between then and now. Covered on patio. Day before yesterday the control panel died.
I can't find a controller anywhere with my model number of MB20070122. I can't get thru to Masterbuilt because you have to complete this form and my model number is not listed. Also, I not sure what the serial number is because there isn't anything that says "serial number".
Any idea on what I can do? I see controller that look exactly like mine on Amazon but my model is not listed. Very frustrated and of course, it's no longer under any warranty.
