Hey guys my name is Dylan. I'm from southwest Missouri. I have been smoking meats for about a year now and I like to try new things as much as possible. I feel pretty confident in my smoking because I have friends and family that tell me that I have to be the one that cooks for occasions. I'm trying to expand my horizons in the smoking world.
