How is everyone doing?   I have been surfing around this forum for a while and finally decided to become a member.  Everyone on here seems to have pretty good knowledge of the smoking world.  This will be the first smoker that I have built.  It is going to be an old 2 barrel woodstove conversion.  I have some experience with smoking because I am a butcher.  any questions on cuts or anything meat related is welcomed.  I will be happy to contribute that to this community.

Welcome! Where in MN are you? I went to college in Bemidji. Nice to have you and will be waiting to see picks of your build!

Welcome Redneck!  I worked in North Dakota for a while and visited Minneapolis and Bemidji a couple of times.  Beautiful country, and enjoyed the people and experience.  Thanks for becoming a member, and offering to assist others.  Looking forward to seeing your comments!
