My grand parents used to go viset family in flint Michigan every year. That is where they were from. That always brought back ring bologna from there. Don’t even know where they would get it. I loved it so I have decided to try and make some don’t even know where to start. Does any one know a good recipe, what kind of casings do I need how long to cook it. I need all the help I can get.

I use a kit from Cabela’s. It has everything you need complete
with instructions. The only thing I change is I add high temp
Cheese. It’s a good starting point and it doesn’t taste bad at all.
After I get some batches under my belt I may branch out and
Try my own

Love a good ring bologna. You can buy ring bologna casings online. I get mine locally. Recipes vary depending on what part of the country you live in. For me it's a good midwest style bologna. PM me if you want my recipe.
