Saying hello to old friends and checking out new smoker builds.
I dont see much going on in the build forums, either it's just that slow time of the year?.....or this economy has everyone working too much? Hmmm..
I haven't built anything in a while either, shut down the restuarant almost 4 years ago. Just too much work for the $$ you get back out of it. But at least I did it and got it out of my system. Maybe I'll write a book about it all, lol.
Anyway, hope everyone is doing good .

Hey RW... Almost 4 years ago ??? WOW... Time flies.... Missed your threads and posts... Glad you returned to the forum... The restaurant business can be a killer... Building smokers has got to be an easier gig....
