Ribs and ribs

Greetings all,
Yesterday we had some also vaccinated friends over to our house for a get together. Felt like a rib day to me so I decided to do some spares and beef short ribs. Seasoned the spares with Heath Riles Apple Rub and they went onto the kamado. Seasoned the short ribs with HC Black or MC Gospel and they went onto the Bullseye.

I also made some smoked beans and served everythign with some store bought potatoe salad.

It was fantastic. Friends went home with a nice pile of ribs. Already looking forward to more ribs soon. Thanks for looking all!

To be honest, I wasn’t a fan at first but after a few uses it grew on me. It’s a nice rub for pork and chicken. Still not as good as the cherry though!
