ok a few months ago i posted on hear bout recipes and smoking ribs ive finally upgraded to can do them with my eyes closed got a gas smoker from Hark in Australia and ive even made a few batches of bacon so now im smoking ribs every weekend and mmaking 9kgs of bacon of like 15 pounds a go and giving it to friends and family and i wanna thank the people who helped me to start it off and recipes :) a few pics of wat ive made :D thank you once again
