Wow Bear!! I'm running a couple days behind but finally found you :emoji_wink: No doubt you just have a way with pretty much anything that comes from the rib section of a cow, and this does not disappoint!! That steak is just beautiful. Perfectly cooked and that breakfast is nothing to sneeze at either. Great looking meals for sure. Big LIKE from me.

That was some good stuff, but now I'm using My Smoker a little too.
Smoked some Venison Dried Beef yesterday, and I'm thawing a Small Prime Rib out for a Saturday Smoke.

Bear, nice lookin' steaks from that roast!

And I love the grill grate on the Q, takes awhile to heat up but does a great job once it does.
