Actually had some time to do a smoke after my son's football game sat morning, so I decided to do some baby backs that have been in the freezer. I was out of my rub that I mix up, and didn't have everything to make more, so I dusted them with famous Dave's rib rub after I massaged some brown sugar and garlic salt into them.
No wrap, straight smoke at 225 in my campchef woodwind for 3 hours or so. Sauced two chunks and left the others nakey with the option to sauce if that's was anyone's preference.
Always a great Saturday when you can watch your kid sack quarterbacks, smoke ribs, maybe drink a beer or 2 and see Alabama get beat lol!
