Hi - Relatively new to this.  Been smoking on my Masterbuilt Gas Smoker for about a year.  I've got baby backs down pretty well (2.5, 1 - .5) and am having some people over this weekend to do that.

Was wondering if there's any concerns on doing a butt at the same time?  My thought is that if I can put the Butt on in the morning and let it go for 6 hours and then put the ribs on later.  Any concerns with the juices from the ribs on a partially cooked butt?  I think it actually might help, but not sure what to think.

Any other advice with this approach?

Absolutely nothing to be concerned about.
And you're correct about co-mingling juices/flavors being a good thing, one is basting the other.
Now put a big pan of beans below them and catch all the juices... YUMMY!

I do it all the time, and as said above, I always put the beans at the bottom to catch it all!
