Grew up in Rutherfordton and Asheville, NC. Moved to Florida 25 years ago and retired 11 years ago. Always loved to cook and recently bought a black MES 30" thru Home Depot. Bought Jeff's book Smoking Meat. In the last week and a half I have had three very successful smokes. 1)St Louis cut spare ribs, 2) Large link sausage and some ABTs, 3) Jeff's Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Sausage Fatty and of course a bunch more ABTs.
