So tomorrow I am attempting beef ribs for my first time ever. It will be an adventure on the WSM as I'll really be putting the new fireboard drive 2 through it's paces with the projected 5 degree day. But assuming that I don't fail, what's going to be the best method for reheating? I was debating warming in a crock pot initially and then thought that an oven might make more sense.

Another SV vote ... least chance of overcooking or altering texture (other than surface bark softening, may be able to restore with a quick reverse sear)

For single serving reheat let’s not count out good ole nuclear microwave :) year yea I know not trendy but I’ve ate many a beef rib warmed up that way and it was tasty lol.

We reheat a lot of stuff in the Microwave.
The key to reheating meat is using Half power and check the temp every minute or so...JJ
