She throws it in the crock pot with some fixins and it makes the best shredded beef (not smoked) that we use for burritos, and sometimes ropa vieja.
Since I've been on a beef grinding mission. it looked to me like it might grind up into some burgers or taco meat.
I looks to my untrained eye a lot like chuck roast. I got two, one for her, one for me to grind.
