i am tailgating this weekend for a college football game. Staying at the hotel across the street from the stadium all weekend. I was thinking about cooking a fatty ahead of time, but I’m not planning to take a grill. Wondering if it would be possible to wrap it in foil and reheat it in a crockpot? Or not wrap it? Thoughts?

Might be ok still. If the bacon is crispy already I can't see it getting soggy. Might take a while to heat thru. I can't see the harm in foil either. Keep it from drying out.

If you slice it up & put the slices on a bun they will heat up in a microwave in 30 seconds.
I do it all the time, so if your hotel has a microwave that's what I would do.
