Hello everyone I am thinking about doing a pit style smoker build where I suspend an inner chamber in an outside chamber and fill the gap in between with Refactory clay and weld it up.I live in a cold climate and am wondering if anyone has any advice on this idea. Good, bad? Anything. I don't want to spend the considerable time and money to find out this is a bum idea.
Any help is greatly appreciated :)
