Right now GFS has Brisket at 2.99 a pound. USDA Choice. Deckle Off. 3/4" Trim. (Not sure what choice really means. This is the only place in my area I can buy brisket)
They also have Pork Tenderloin at 2.79 a pound. Twin packs for the Tenderloin.
