I'll let the pictures speak for them selves...

Did find out they'll do 5 lb+ blocks of their Mango Fire for 5 dollars a pound. I assume it gets cheaper the more you buy.

This is a good example of why my wife avoids letting me go to the store alone.
The Glazed eye, blind stare, grab and basket what looks good.
Two hundred dollars later its the sheepish look, I bought some cheese, standing before the bench with the Judge (wife) staring glaring down at you...

Enjoy your larder, Tom!

In my defense, my dad is just as bad. He only got a 3 pound bag of cheese curds... because 'They're fresh today!' is the sales line you can't say around people who love cheese curds..!

LOL looks like the cooler I pack in the trunk when I make business trips to Wisconsin every couple months! I stop at a place up there called Marrs Cheese Castle. I end up dropping way to much on aged cheddars, goudas and cheese curds. Invariably they hit me with sample bites then I have to buy them too!!

Oh if they had samples of their more unusual cheese I'm sure it woulda been worse!

My next door neighbor is from Wisconsin & brings me cheese from there every time he comes to town.
I watch his house for him when he is gone, so this is how he rewards me.
I have to say it's much better than any cheese you can buy around here.

Are you going to give it a wisp of smoke or leave it plain jane? Five dollars for a five pound block is a great deal.

Ha, five dollars a pound for the block is the price on Mango Fire...speaking of Smoke..

Most of the 3.45 pound block of pepper jack, the small block of mango fire..and what they call Baconfest. Bacon, Dill Pickle, Onions in a cheddar cheese. No idea how that'll turn out!
