Thanks Frosty!  It used to exactly the opposite at our house...Mrs. Red has always loved meatloaf - to the point of burning me out on it - she'd want to cook meatloaf at least once a week.  But as delicious as it is smoked, I'm betting we eat it a lot more often from now on!

Lol yeah, in addition to all the other hobbies I have that I can't afford or have time to do, Im also a home brewer so I spend a lot of time doing "research" for that hobby.
