Well i recently made two posts on here, one for pastrami and the other salsa. Now i’m making a redneck breakfast with both.

Fryed up tater tots and pastrami. Then eggs, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and topped off with homemade salsa. From top to bottom on the pictures its backwards chronologically, cant figure out how to do it right.

I've rednecked my way throughout the Southern half of the USA living in various places.
From San Diego to Las Cruces, Lubbock to Guthrie, Nashville to Mobile and Jacksonville too.
And I 18wheeled my way back and forth across the US and Canada for just over a decade.

But this... This!

But this must be a Northern version of a redneck breakfast cause it ain't a Southern one.
Pastrami, Swiss, Sauerkraut and Salsa?
Slap it between toasted Rye with some cream cheese and onions.
I'll eat it!

The G'Lord knows there be rednecks and hillbillies scattered high and low across this great nation.
And no matter where you find us, we're the Kings of the Garbage Plate meal.

looks similar to a slow cooker crock pot casserole i made, except mine lacked something no self respecting redneck would leave out.

I like your way of thinking Chile!! Makes me proud to be a redneck :emoji_laughing: Still in all though, I'd happily chow down on a plateful of his version of the Redneck Breakfast.
