I've rednecked my way throughout the Southern half of the USA living in various places.
From SoCal to Las Cruces, Lubbock to Guthrie, Nashville to Mobile and Jacksonville too.
And I 18wheeled my way back and forth across the US and Canada for just over a decade.
But this... This!
But this must be a Northern version of a redneck breakfast cause it ain't a Southern one.
Pastrami, Swiss, Sauerkraut and Salsa?
Slap it between toasted Rye with some cream cheese and onions.
I'll eat it!

Oh man!All that's missing is 1/2" thick slice of pan fried bologna?
