Northern Tool has their 15lb, SS stuffer with metal gears on sale for $199.99!
Thanks but my plastic geared stuffer is shot now. I am looking for a new one. No more stuffing for now unless I get the Enterprise out.

Nice work Adam ! Do you think the smoke penetrates the cloth better than a fibrous casing? And why haven't you been using your Enterprise Stuffer?

The bags are very thin they take smoke easy. I really like the bags.

That outcome is awesome and I am sure this thread encourages many of us to give something like this a spin.

Thanks for posting.
Thanks. If i can do it anyone can.

Man that looks great! The cut slices look perfect! Nice fat definition. And nothing wrong with that for dinner thats for sure. We had a quick meet and cheese and Busch light dinner tonight actually.....meat and cheese is gone. Still working on the Busch latte's. Lol
