Not a smoked dish but tasty nevertheless.

After donating an organ so i can afford some halibut i thought i would try what i learned here: debone, peel the skin, roll and tie.

Pan fried with butter.

Delicious.

The recipient must be thrilled. What type of organ was it you donated? An Allen, Baldwin, Hammond or a Lowrey? They all sound so nice......JJ

BTW...The food looks great.

Nice Job on that fishy.

Point for sure.

Interesting, creamed zucchini sounds intriguing.
Never had it, heck, never heard of it but it makes sense with every other veggie under the being creamed.
One of the summer dishes we love. Actually this was marrow not zucchini but we do both (same taste to me). If you try it make sure you use plenty of dill.
