hi, can someone convert this to ounces?

Based upon what meat weight? This only shows percentage. Weight in lbs X 16 = number of ounces. # of Ounces X % will give you amount in ounces of each ingredient.

Do you have a scale to measure ounces? and can it measure grams?

I would add 1.25% Salt or 12.5g / Kg Beef...JJ

6.25 pounds Beef is 100 ounces. So...

100oz Beef X each ingredient % as a Decimal, equals the number of Ounces of each ingredient needed...

100 X .03 = 3oz Peppercorns
100 X .01= 1oz Coriander
100 X .055 = 5.5oz Brown Sugar
100 X 0.0025 = 0.25oz Paprika
100 X 0.005 = 0.5oz Onion Powder
100 X 0.005 = 0.5oz Garlic Powder
100 X 0.005 = 0.5oz Mustard Powder
100 X .0125 = 1.25oz Salt

Can you see why weighing in Grams makes conversions SOOO MUCH EASIER. With Pounds and Ounces...Any amount of meat up or down from 6.25 pounds and you have to convert Ounces to Tablespoons or teaspoons and That requires finding Weight to Volume Conversion Charts or Calculators to put in the numbers.

That's the best your gonna get without the actual weight of the meat ...

FWIW, one ounce is 28.35 grams....
and 1# is 454 grams

So find out the weight of the meat... convert to Kg ... then multiply each seasoning (that JC posted) by the weight of the meat ...
