Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.  I didn't end up getting to do any smoking at all on my days off.  I had an arm roast thawed out and I think its going to have to wait till my next days off.  I work 12 hour shifts and have the weekend off, so I am going to go do some research on how to do the qview.  This time it didn't happen so no qview........next time I will make sure both happen.....something gets smoked and a qview to prove it.
