A few weeks ago made a rack of back ribs with a rub and sauce a friend sent me to test, he is hoping one day to have it packaged and available for retail. The rub and sauce flavors worked well together giving the ribs an nice appearance, color and excellent flavor that I would not hesitate to serve anyone. Really made for some seriously tasty ribs!
