When ya got family visiting from Texas ya just got to show off a little. Didn't have time for the "Big Beef" so I went with the "Baby Pork Ribs". With just the 3 of us I did 2 racks to make sure I had a few left-overs. 3-2-1@250*w/Sweet Baby Rays. One of my Pellet Poopers pooped so I had to finish w/ her twin.
