I currently i have a ham curing in a wet cure my plan was to smoke it and finish it with a glaze in the oven on Xmas day. But i have to leave the country in emergency ( my uncle was in a car wreck in Mexico) but i want to know will it the ham be OK if a leave in the cure till new years oh and BTW its been in the brine since last weds.

not a problem as long as its refrigerated.  30 days or more in the brine is normal.  Sorry for your difficulties and hope things get better!
