Quick dinner and lunch for the week

Wife wanted me to grill some Asian marinated chicken she prepped for lunches this week, so figured instead of using the gasser I’d fire up the 1050 and add some sausages and asparagus to the mix for dinner tonight.

Let it cruise at 400, plenty of space on the main grates alone. It never broke a sweat! Love the space and flexibility of the 1050.
