Q from a couple of weeks ago, got the hang of Q-view!!

Hello all, 1st time postin with Q-view. Finally got the hang of getting the pics the right size. This smoke was from a couple of weeks ago. Spares, first crack at pulled pork/cream cheese stuffed ABT's, pan of beans, I believe there was a fattie involved but he didnt make the pics. Weather was nice, fire was up to temp (most of the time) and the ribs were 3/2/1 method. This rack was sauced toward the end, I normally dont do that but the wife wanted to try it. Turned out good.. For some reason, STILL DIDNT MAKE ENOUGH ABT'S!!!! They went quick.

Yum, this sandwich just doesn't do justice now. Wantn some Q...
